Our website has no enquiry form and collects nothing from you as you browse it. You reach us by calling or by sending a WhatsApp message, so the only details we hold are the ones you choose to give us in that conversation:

• Your phone number, which we see when you call or message us, together with your name and your WhatsApp display name.
• Trip details you tell us — the package you are interested in, your travel dates, and the number of travellers.
• Traveller details collected after booking, where a temple, hotel or permit authority requires them (for example age and government ID for Uttarakhand Char Dham registration).
• Technical data collected automatically by Google Analytics and Google Ads — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the advertisement or search that brought you here.

2. How we use it

• To prepare and send you a quotation and a day-by-day itinerary.
• To call or message you back about the enquiry you raised.
• To make bookings on your behalf — hotels, transport, permits and Uttarakhand registration.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including records required by Uttarakhand tourism authorities.
• To measure which advertisements produce genuine enquiries, so we do not waste your time or ours.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with:

• Hotels, transport operators and guides, strictly to the extent needed to confirm your tour.
• Government bodies where registration, permits or identity records are legally required.
• Analytics and advertising providers (Google) in aggregated or pseudonymous form.

4. Cookies and advertising

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can answer follow-up questions and honour quoted rates. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
