All four open around Akshaya Tritiya, which falls in late April or early May, and close around Bhai Dooj in October or November. The exact dates are announced by the temple committees a few weeks beforehand. Call us and we will tell you the dates that are confirmed at the time you ask.

For most people, yes, and a large share of our travellers are over sixty. The driving days are long but the pacing is slow, and we build in stops so the body gets used to the altitude. The one hard part is Kedarnath. If that is a worry, the Yamunotri and Gangotri tour has no trek at all.

There is no road for the last 16 km, so everyone covers it on foot, by pony, by palki, or with a porter. We arrange whichever you want. Tell us in advance, because these are booked locally and they run out on busy dates.

Yes. Every Char Dham traveller must be registered, and the vehicle needs a valid Green Card. We complete both for you. You only need to send us each traveller's full name, age and a government ID.

There is no single fixed price. The cost depends on your dates, how many people are travelling, the hotel category and the vehicle. Call or WhatsApp us with those details and you will get a written quote, normally the same day. You pay nothing to get one.

Included: hotels, breakfast and dinner, a private vehicle and driver for the whole circuit, Uttarakhand registration, the Green Card, and one coordinator on call.

Not included: your travel to and from the start city, lunches, pony, palki or porter charges, temple donations and special pooja, tips, personal expenses, and travel insurance.

The Garhwal roads close from time to time. If that happens we change the order of the Dhams, the halts or the hotels to keep you moving safely, and we tell you what it costs or saves. If the tour cannot run at all, we return whatever we can recover from the hotels and transport operators, or hold it as credit for later dates, whichever you prefer.

Call or send a WhatsApp message. We send a written quote with the day-by-day plan and the hotels named. Once you agree, an advance confirms the booking and the balance is due before you start. The exact amounts are in your quotation, and nothing is taken before you have seen them in writing.

One date change made more than 30 days before departure is normally free, subject to rooms being available and any difference in seasonal rates. Changes made later are treated as a cancellation and a fresh booking.

Yes. Kedarnath and Badrinath together take six days and cover the two most people come for. Yamunotri and Gangotri together take five days and involve no trek. Both are on this page.
